UtiliGuard, a full product line of Power Quality Systems, that protects
valuable electrical systems from the effects of damaging surges and harmful
harmonic distortions. This guarantee is issued to you in writing and
is underwritten by a third party insurance carrier.

Energy Savings Guarantee
DFS guarantees that this energy savings guarantee
shall apply to customers who have purchased UtiliGuard products when
properly installed in a building for a period of 2 years.

Lifetime System
Warranty
DFS warrants to the original purchaser of any UtiliGuard
Power Quality System for the life of the product, that the UtiliGuard
Power Quality System shall be free of defects in design, assembly,
material, or workmanship, and will repair or replace, at its option,
any defective UtiliGuard product free of charge.

Connected Equipment Guarantee
In the event a surge/spike/catastrophic electrical
event occurs, and the UtiliGuard power quality system fails (as noted
by extinguished LED indicator light), DFS will spend, to repair or
replace the damaged connected equipment up to the maximum amount of
$100,000.
